Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
-United States: 7–15 business days
-Canada: 7–15 business days
-United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
-Australia: 7–15 business days
-Europe: 7–15 business days
-Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
LuxoStep is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, processing or delivery delays may occur.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners, LuxoStep is not responsible for delays caused by:

-Weather conditions
-Natural disasters
-Strikes
-Other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
-Check with household members
-Check around your delivery location
-Contact your local carrier
-Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
